Highlights from our May episode of the CRM Experts Online Women’s Empowerment Series

 

For our third episode in our Women’s Empowerment Series, we spoke with Larissa Schiano-Gonzalez, Founder of Be Yoga & Dance on community involvement, workplace anxiety, how she navigated COVID as a small business owner, and what lead her to take the “leap of faith” into a flourishing career in yoga practice. Larissa’s story is both inspiring and insightful and we’re honored to have been able to have a conversation with her.

 

Larissa is a recipient of the 2019 Soroptimist Ruby Award by the Soroptimist International of the Americas for women helping women. She has been leading and facilitating Empowerment, Yoga, and Mindfulness programs since 2010 and has been leading Yoga and Mindfulness programs in NYC Public Schools since 2013. Larissa believes in the power of Movement as a way to connect, heal and bring communities together.
