CRMCoPilot.AI Update: Natural Language Search, CRM Tags, and Smarter Contact Verification

We’re excited to announce that we’ve deployed another major update to CRMCoPilot.AI. This release includes several new capabilities, performance improvements, and quality-of-life enhancements that move us closer to making CRMCoPilot the most intelligent CRM assistant available.

A special thanks to Hesham Ellatif, who deployed this release, and to Jasmin Leyson and Princess Jennica Javier, who serve as the gatekeepers and provide quality assurance oversight on the product — making sure our customers always get the very best leads from our platform.

Here’s what’s new:

🤖 AI Natural Language Search

One of the biggest additions in this release is AI-powered Natural Language Search. Users can now search using everyday language, such as:

  • “Find CEOs in SaaS companies in California”
  • “Show manufacturers with more than 50 employees in Texas”
  • “Find healthcare companies using Salesforce”

Behind the scenes, CRMCoPilot automatically interprets the request, resolves industries and companies using Apollo, handles fuzzy matching, repairs malformed AI responses when necessary, and maps everything into our existing search engine. This makes prospecting significantly faster and more intuitive.

🏷️ CRM Tags

We’ve added CRM Tags directly into search results. New features include:

  • Colored tag badges
  • Overflow support for accounts with many tags (+N)
  • Automatic synchronization of tag colors from Zoho CRM

This gives users much better context before opening a record.

🔓 Contact Unlock & Verification

Working with contacts is now even smoother. Updates include:

  • Unlocked contacts now display immediately in search results
  • Verification status badges
  • New Verify Email button for unverified contacts
  • Improved synchronization after unlocking contacts

⚙️ Autopilot & Backend Improvements

A significant amount of work went into making the platform more reliable and scalable. Highlights include:

  • Improved email validation and cleanup
  • Fixed URL cleanup to prevent stuck processing
  • Increased Autopilot execution frequency
  • Better task tracking
  • Centralized credit management
  • Improved API consistency and error handling

These improvements make the platform more stable while preparing us for additional AI automation.

🎨 UI & Performance

We’ve also invested heavily in the user experience. Updates include:

  • Improved Dark Mode styling
  • Refactored frontend components and CSS for easier maintenance
  • Better search state management
  • Improved frontend validation
  • Numerous bug fixes and overall performance improvements
