Zoholics 2025 in Houston was a game-changer. Held at the George R. Zoho reimagined CRM as a company-wide platform, not just a sales tool. With features like Team Modules, Connected Workflows, and AI-powered customization via Zia, departments from HR to Legal can now collaborate seamlessly within the same CRM environment. Starting at $9/user/month, it’s a significant step toward breaking down silos and aligning teams around the customer.

2. Zia Agents & Agent Studio

Zoho introduced Zia Agents—autonomous AI bots that can handle tasks across sales, HR, inventory, and more. With Agent Studio, teams can build or customize these agents without coding. An Agent Marketplace is also on the way, making it easy to deploy or share bots across the Zoho ecosystem.

3. Ulaa Enterprise Browser

Ulaa Enterprise is Zoho’s new Chromium-based browser designed for business. It includes built-in Data Loss Prevention, phishing protection, centralized policy controls, and Zia-powered productivity tools like smart tab grouping. It’s a secure, AI-enhanced browser tailored for the modern workplace.

4. Zoho Payments Launches in the U.S.

Zoho Payments is now available in the U.S., offering businesses a native solution to accept credit cards and ACH payments. Integrated across Zoho’s finance, sales, and marketing apps, it simplifies cash flow management with features like automated reconciliation and hosted checkout pages. Fees are competitive at 2.9% + $0.30 per domestic transaction.

5. Vani: Visual Collaboration Platform

Vani is Zoho’s new visual collaboration tool featuring an infinite canvas, smart templates, built-in video conferencing, and voice notes. It aims to unify communication and ideation, potentially replacing tools like Slack, Zoom, and traditional whiteboards.
