Signal Studio – AI Social Media Marketing

Signal Studio is an AI content agent that reads the news your clients read, scores every story for relevance to your firm across five dimensions, and turns the ones that matter into on-brand social posts, graphics and articles – then publishes them autonomously into Zoho Social or GoHighLevel. Free tier available, no credit card.

Signal Studio – AI Social Media Marketing

AI Social Media Marketing

Social content driven by what’s actually happening in your market.

Signal Studio reads the news your clients read, scores every story for relevance to your firm, and turns the ones that matter into on-brand posts — then publishes them for you, on schedule, without being asked.

Signal Studio turns real-world news signals into AI-drafted, expert-reviewed social posts
The difference

Most AI social tools generate. Signal Studio decides.

Give a generic AI tool a prompt and it will happily write you fifty posts about “the importance of tax planning.” Technically on-topic. Completely untethered from anything happening this week — and indistinguishable from what every competitor in your market is posting.

Signal Studio starts from the opposite end. It starts with a real event — a rate decision, a filing deadline shift, a regulatory change, a funding round, an acquisition in your clients’ industry — and only writes when that event gives your firm something genuinely worth saying. If nothing worth saying happened, it doesn’t manufacture filler.

Typical AI tool

Prompt in, content out

You supply the idea. The AI supplies the words. The relevance is entirely your problem, every single week.

Signal Studio

Signal in, content out

The agent supplies the idea and the words, because it found the event first and judged it worth a post.

The result

You sound current

Timely commentary reads as expertise. Evergreen filler reads as a content calendar being fed.

The signal engine

How it decides a story is worth your feed

Every candidate story is scored before a single word is drafted. Low scores are discarded silently — that filtering is the product.

  • 1. Ingest — monitors trusted news wires, regulatory and agency feeds, market data, and industry trade press around the clock.
  • 2. Score — each story is rated on five independent dimensions (below). Only stories clearing your threshold continue.
  • 3. Angle — the agent determines what your firm can credibly add: an implication, a deadline, a risk, a practical next step. No angle, no post.
  • 4. Draft — channel-native copy plus the matching graphic or article, written in your documented brand voice.
  • 5. Publish — routed to your approval queue or posted autonomously, according to the autonomy level you set.

The five scoring dimensions

Topical fit — does this intersect the services you actually sell?
Audience proximity — does it affect the industries, company sizes and regions your clients occupy?
Timeliness & decay — is the window still open, or is this already stale commentary?
Source authority — is this a primary or reputable source, or unverified aggregation?
Saturation check — has this story already been posted to exhaustion by everyone else?

Saturation scoring is the dimension most tools skip entirely. Being the four-hundredth firm to post the same headline earns nothing — so a heavily saturated story is either dropped or deliberately re-angled to a contrarian or practitioner take.

A scored signal, start to finish

Filing deadline shift announcedRelevance 91 / 100

Signal detected

A federal agency moves a compliance deadline for mid-market employers by 60 days.

Why it scored high

Directly affects a service line you sell • hits your core client profile • hard deadline creates urgency • primary-source announcement • barely covered in trade press yet.

Angle the agent chose

Not “the deadline moved.” Instead: what the extra 60 days should actually be used for, and the one mistake firms make when a deadline slips.

Produced

A LinkedIn post, a matching branded stat graphic, and — on Authority Builder and above — a long-form article your social posts link back to.

Content formats

Short-form graphics and long-form articles, from the same signal

One detected event can produce a week of coordinated content instead of a single orphan post. Which formats you get depends on your plan.

Every plan, including Free

Photo & graphic posts

Short-form visual posts built from your brand kit — the bread and butter of a consistent feed.

  • Branded quote cards, stat cards and news-reaction graphics
  • Sized correctly per channel — 1080×1080 square, 1200×628 landscape, 1080×1350 portrait, 1080×1920 story
  • Your logo, palette and type, applied from your brand kit
  • Caption written natively per channel — LinkedIn is not Instagram
  • Alt text written on every image for accessibility and reach
  • Hashtag sets researched per channel, not copy-pasted across all of them

Authority Builder and above

Blog & long-form

The asset that earns search traffic and gives every social post somewhere to send people.

  • 900–1,400 word article tied to the detected signal
  • SEO title, meta description and heading structure written in
  • Internal links to your relevant service pages
  • Published to your WordPress site, or delivered as a draft for review
  • Atomized automatically into 3–5 social posts plus an email send
  • Cited sources included, so claims are checkable

Free and Starter are graphics-and-caption plans. Blog generation switches on at Authority Builder — that is the tier where Signal Studio stops being a social tool and starts being a content department.

Integrations

Your drafts land in the tool you already approve content in

There is no new dashboard to learn and no second login for your team. Signal Studio writes directly into your existing social system as a draft, and your normal approval habit is unchanged.

Zoho Social

Drafts are created in your Zoho Social Drafts queue, under the correct Brand, with the graphic already attached and channel-specific copy variants split into their own entries.

You approve in Zoho, and Zoho’s own scheduler publishes — so your reporting, approval chain and post history all stay in one place.

Signal → draft in Zoho Social → your approval → Zoho publishes

GoHighLevel

Drafts are pushed into the Social Planner of the correct sub-account as unpublished scheduled posts, with media loaded into that sub-account’s media library.

Agencies running Signal Studio across multiple client sub-accounts get each client’s content isolated in their own planner — nothing crosses over.

Signal → Social Planner draft → your approval → GHL publishes

Also supported, or publish direct to channel if you use no scheduler at all:

Sprout Social
Hootsuite
LinkedIn
Facebook
Instagram
Google Business Profile
YouTube
WordPress
Autonomy

You choose how much rope the agent gets

“Autonomous” should be a setting, not a leap of faith. Start with review on everything, loosen it as the output earns your trust.

Level What happens Available on
Review every post Every draft waits in your Zoho Social or GoHighLevel queue. Nothing publishes until a human clicks approve. All plans
Approve the week You approve a week of queued content in one sitting; the agent schedules and publishes it across the week. Starter and above
Fully autonomous The agent detects, drafts, schedules and publishes on its own cadence. You receive a digest of what went out. Starter and above

Guardrails that apply at every level

  • Blocked-topic list — subjects the agent will never touch
  • Named-entity no-fly list — competitors, clients, individuals to never mention
  • Source allowlist — only outlets you accept can trigger a post
  • Claim-checking — figures and dates are traced to the source before drafting
  • Expert review on request — a human reviewer on our side checks accuracy, tone and brand fit
  • Full audit trail — every post traces back to the signal that caused it

Human-in-the-loop expert review is included on Authority Builder and above, and available as an add-on below that. Fully autonomous publishing is never switched on by default — you turn it on deliberately.

Questions

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT writes what you ask for. It has no idea what happened in your market this morning, no scoring model for whether a story is worth your audience’s attention, no brand kit, and no connection to your publishing queue. Signal Studio’s value is the decision layer in front of the writing — finding the event and judging it — plus delivery straight into Zoho Social or GoHighLevel.

Do I need Zoho Social or GoHighLevel to use it?

No. Those are the deepest integrations and where we recommend drafts live, but Signal Studio can also publish direct to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and YouTube, or hand off to Sprout Social or Hootsuite.

What if nothing newsworthy happens in a given week?

Then you get fewer posts that week, and the allocation carries. We would rather under-post than publish filler in your name. If your market is genuinely quiet, that is a signal in itself — and evergreen content can be enabled to fill the gap on request.

Will it post something embarrassing or inaccurate?

Autonomous publishing is off until you deliberately turn it on, and every level runs the blocked-topic list, named-entity no-fly list, source allowlist and claim-checking. Authority Builder and above include human expert review before anything publishes. Every post is traceable back to its source signal.

Who owns the content?

You do — posts, graphics and articles, outright. Nothing is licensed back to us and nothing is reused for another client.

Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. No credit card, no expiry. It is capped at 1 channel and 4 posts a month and you publish them yourself. Most firms upgrade when they want the agent to handle the publishing cadence rather than because the free posts ran out.

How long until the first post?

Free accounts typically see their first scored signal within a week of connecting a channel. Paid onboarding includes brand-voice and brand-kit setup, and first content usually goes out inside 5 business days.

Signal Studio is part of the Revenue OS suite from CRM Experts Online — soon to be ElevAIT AI. It pairs with Signal Scout AI: Scout finds the companies whose circumstances just changed, Studio turns those same market signals into the content that reaches them.
