CRM Expert as a Service is monthly subscription of 40 hours per month where we do any level of CRM Administration in your CRM Platform of choice. The CRM Platforms include Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, SuiteCRM, and Sugar CRM.
Tasks will include:
- Make any request on our Online Portal, and get a 12 hour turn around time on it.
- Get a total of 40 hours a month of consulting, development, and support every month with an Expert CRM Consultant. Schedule your call using our online booking tool.
- Unlimited support tickets per month on any topic you have on the CRM of your choice. Hubspot, Salesforce, SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, and Zoho support.
- Create custom fields and workflows.
- Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic layer to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience in CRM
- Implement and integrate third-party products / applications on any CRM platform.
- Access to Virtual Training on Hubspot, Zoho, and Salesforce.Com
- Prepare CRM management reports
- Extract data from various electronic systems and record
- Email and Chat support to Respond to adhoc queries from Senior management and account managers
- Ensure system availability and stability by administering and maintaining applications which support firm operations

- All Hours that are unused can be used 6 months after termination of subscription
